These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any trip, transfer, boat rental, or package booking made with KARIMUN JAWA TRIPS (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing this site or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to these Terms.
Submitting the booking form or contacting us via WhatsApp is a trip inquiry, not an automatic confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once our team has replied to you directly confirming availability, final price, and payment details for your selected date and trip type (Transfer, Boat Rental, Open Trip, or Fun Experience Package).
Please double-check your name, phone number, trip type, and number of participants before sending your inquiry, as this information is used directly to prepare your booking.
All prices shown on this website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) per person unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed in writing (including via WhatsApp) by our team. Group-size pricing (e.g. for Boat Rental) is calculated based on the total number of paying participants in your group.
A 50% deposit of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking and secure your chosen date. The deposit can be paid via bank transfer or e-wallet, with details provided by our team via WhatsApp after you inquire. The remaining balance is due on arrival, before or during check-in / the start of your trip, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A booking is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
We understand that travel plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us via WhatsApp as early as possible. Refunds are calculated based on your deposit/payment and how many days before your scheduled departure date you notify us:
Rescheduling: one free reschedule to a new date is allowed if requested at least 3 days before your original departure date, subject to availability. Requests made less than 3 days before departure are treated as a cancellation under the policy above.
If we cancel your trip (e.g. due to unsafe weather/sea conditions, or insufficient participants for an Open Trip), you may choose between a full refund or a free reschedule to another available date — the cancellation fees above do not apply in this case.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method or account used for your deposit.
Karimunjawa is an island destination reached and explored by boat. All itineraries, departure times, and visited spots are flexible and subject to change based on weather, sea conditions, national park regulations, and other on-site conditions, for the safety of all participants. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes.
By joining any trip, transfer, boat rental, or package, you agree to:
We take reasonable care in organizing safe and enjoyable trips, and work with licensed local guides (HPI-certified) and boat operators. However, outdoor and marine activities carry inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, KARIMUN JAWA TRIPS is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, sea conditions, third-party service providers, or a participant’s failure to follow safety instructions. We strongly recommend travelers arrange their own travel/health insurance before joining any trip.
All text, images, and design on this website are provided for informational purposes about our trips and services. Trip photos may include images from past trips or representative locations. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific destination or itinerary before booking.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct discussion between you and KARIMUN JAWA TRIPS before pursuing other remedies.
